The Arxoft Lab Perspective

Not Every Problem Needs AI

Most training providers sell technology. We help you decide whether you need it at all — and if so, how to apply it right.

Before Arxoft Lab

  • AI hype without direction or practical structure
  • No clear use cases for your actual business environment
  • Uncertainty about which tools are safe to use
  • Pressure to adopt AI without a real, defined need
  • Generic courses disconnected from industrial reality

What We Help You Decide

  • Is AI actually the right tool for this problem?
  • Or is a simpler automation workflow sufficient?
  • Or is no technology change needed at all?
  • What are the realistic risks, limits, and compliance requirements?
  • What is the actual implementation effort?

After Arxoft Lab

  • Clear, structured understanding of practical AI application
  • Realistic assessment of what fits your actual environment
  • Skills to evaluate and apply AI responsibly
  • Confidence to make better-informed technical decisions
  • A concrete starting point for real implementation
“The goal is not to follow the latest AI trend — it is to choose the right method for the actual problem.”

Legal & Compliance Awareness

Responsible AI — Know the Rules Before You Use the Tools

AI adoption in industrial and engineering environments comes with real responsibilities. Our trainings include practical guidance on the key legal and compliance areas you need to understand.

GDPR & Data Protection

Understand which company data is safe to use with AI tools and which must stay internal. Know your obligations under GDPR when using external AI services in engineering workflows.

Confidential Information

Learn how to evaluate AI tools that handle sensitive or confidential engineering data. Understand the difference between cloud-hosted, EU-hosted, and self-hosted AI solutions.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Know the relevant considerations around AI-generated content, copyright, and intellectual property in engineering contexts — before using AI to generate documents, code, or technical specifications.

Company-Approved Solutions

Guidance on when company-approved or EU-hosted AI solutions may be required. How to evaluate AI tools against your organisation’s IT security and compliance requirements before adoption.

For detailed legal advice, always consult your legal or data protection experts. Arxoft Lab provides practical guidance and awareness — not legal counsel.

FAQ

Common Questions

Straight answers to the questions engineers and technical teams ask most often before working with us.

Do I need to be an AI expert or programmer to join the training?
No. Most trainings are designed for engineers, technical professionals, project managers, and decision-makers who want to understand practical AI use cases. Programming knowledge may be useful for some advanced topics, but is not required for all trainings.
Is this only theory, or will we work with practical examples?
The focus is practical. Arxoft Lab trainings are built around real engineering, automation, electrical planning, technical documentation, and industrial workflow examples — not abstract theory or generic AI demos.
Is AI really useful for our specific business case?
Not always — and that is exactly part of the value. We help clients understand where AI creates real value, where a simple automation workflow is enough, and where no AI is needed at all. Honest guidance is more useful than selling technology you may not need.
Do we need the latest agentic AI or advanced tools?
Not necessarily. The goal is not to follow trends. The goal is to choose the right method for the actual problem — whether that is AI, automation, structured documentation, better tooling, or a simpler workflow.
Can the training be adapted to our company or industry?
Yes. Standard trainings have a fixed structure, but advanced and custom trainings can be fully adapted to your business use case, technical background, industry, and target audience. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Can we request an offer before booking?
Yes. You can select a listed training and request an offer by email, or book a free introductory consultation to clarify scope, format, and pricing first. There is no obligation to proceed after the consultation.
How long does a training take?
Standard trainings usually take 3–4 hours up to 2 days. Advanced trainings may take up to 5 days in total. Custom engagements usually take 2–5 weeks from first contact to delivery. Each training clearly states the expected time commitment.
Is support included after the training?
For standard trainings, ongoing support is not included by default. For advanced or custom trainings, optional support can be included — for example, follow-up Q&A, Discord-based support, or implementation guidance with responses within 48 hours.
Is this legally safe — regarding GDPR, company data, and copyright?
Legal and compliance aspects are covered as part of the training. We help clients understand relevant risks around data protection, confidential information, AI tool usage, copyright, and compliance. For detailed legal advice, always consult your legal or data protection experts.
Can we use AI tools with confidential company information?
This must be evaluated carefully. We help clients understand which data should not be entered into public AI tools, which tool setups may be safer, and when company-approved or EU-hosted solutions may be needed.
Will this work with our existing tools and workflows?
The goal is to work within your existing reality. In custom trainings or consultations, we first look at your current tools, processes, and constraints, then recommend practical approaches that fit your environment rather than requiring a complete technology overhaul.
What makes Arxoft Lab different from generic AI courses?
Arxoft Lab connects AI with real industrial engineering practice. The focus is not generic prompting tutorials or AI hype, but practical application in automation, electrical planning, technical documentation, system architecture, and industrial digital workflows — areas where real engineering experience matters.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Arxoft Lab may provide a certificate of participation or completion depending on the training format. The certificate clearly describes the training content and the participant’s completion status. Details are specified per training.
Can training be delivered remotely?
Yes. The standard format is remote live training and online workshops. On-site workshops in Germany may be possible for company-specific trainings depending on scope, location, and requirements.
In which languages can the training be delivered?
Trainings and client communication are available in English, German, Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian, and Spanish. Please mention your preferred language when requesting an offer or booking a consultation.
